Delivery and Refund Policy

Delivery Policy

We Deliver within 4 to 9 Business days. For all orders being shipped within India, we provide free or paid postage. Orders are typically shipped out in two to five business days by our trusted and registered courier partners. Delivery schedules are estimates, and there may occasionally be a delay owing to unforeseen events. The agreed deadlines will be extended for a reasonable amount of time "if delivery or performance deadlines are not met for reasons beyond our control, such as force majeure or any other unforeseen event" that impacts our component suppliers. Delivery may take some time if there are several products.

Return Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved within 2 days.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
